Current Compensation team consists of 3 Analysts who report directly to Director, Compensation. Team members come from a wide variety of backgrounds ranging from financial services organizations to Fortune 500 companies and technology leaders.

5. The position’s scope of responsibility:
Job Summary:
The Senior Compensation Analyst designs, analyzes, and administers compensation programs ensuring competitiveness and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Provides consultation to management and HR Business Partners regarding application of compensation policies, practices, and guidelines; frequently leads compensation related initiatives within assigned client groups.

Researches, analyzes and evaluates compensation programs; develops recommendations for changes and enhanced efficiencies, and implements new programs.

Prepares and executes plans for administration of base pay, incentive programs and executive compensation processes, ensuring compliance to company policy and philosophy.

Engages in the sales compensation planning and development process with assigned client groups.

Interfaces with global counterparts to align regional compensation programs to global reward principles.

Works on various compensation projects to support business needs.

6. Reporting to:
Will report directly to Kevin McBride, Director of Compensation. Prior to Experian, Kevin worked for Option One Mortgage where he served as Director, Total Rewards. He has also held progressive Compensation roles with Pioneer Electronics, Earth Tech and Disney.
Kevin has an MBA from Cal State Poly – Pomona and a BS in Finance from Cal State Fullerton.

PROFILE INFORMATION

9. Occupational background of the ideal candidate (stress mandatory requirements):

5 or more years' compensation experience including market data analysis, job evaluation and salary administration.

Experience with sales compensation design and/or international compensation preferred, but not required.

Experience in Information Services and/or Technology industries preferred, but not required.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Demonstrated oral and written communication skills with experience presenting recommendations to various levels of management.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks in a fast-paced, globally matrixed environment.

10. Education:
BA/BS or equivalent experience.

11. Compensation:
