Professional Retained Recruiter

I am in the market for a professional retained recruiter.  I want someone who can find me technical sales professionals selling industrial and automation products to industrial companies and industrial electrical contractors. Some electrical/mechanical experience/education is a must for any sales person I will hire.  The recruiter should have experience in finding these people.
 
If you have had a good experience with a recruiter like this please forward the information to me.  I will call you and discuss more of my specification before I contact the recruiter.  (No headhunters, please).

POSITION SUMMARY
Researches, develops, designs, and delivers training materials/programs for
all levels of the field and corporate organization. Utilizing
instructional systems design principles, will produce instructional content,
including conducting needs assessments to determine learning and performance
gaps and recommend appropriate learning or performance solutions
(e-learning, instructor-led, and blended).

JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Conducts needs and task analysis
  • Consults with subject matter experts to build course material
  • Conducts design activities for in-house projects, including deliverables like course objectives, preliminary design, and detailed; final design
  • Coordinates with vendors on outsourced projects, including: creating objectives and preliminary design documents, design review, projectmanagement, designs support documents and communication
  • Manages development of key deliverables on outsourced projects, including: storyboards, prototypes, course materials including documentation and job aids, leaders' guides, class plans, computer-based training testing (alpha/beta, user acceptance, pilot, etc.) Develops assessments/tests.
  • Develops and manages roll out strategy for new and re-launching programs
  • Designs and conducts T3 courses, as needed
  • Develops evaluation instruments, surveys, and events
  • Measures impact of learning solutions; tracks metrics; ROI
  • Assists in selection, testing, and implementation of LMS
  • Tracks and communicates training costs and budget
  • Maintains a strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning best practices and trends.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education;
     
  • 6-10 years of experience in the learning and development field, with instructional design/curriculum development as a focus;
     
  • Project management experience desired;
     
  • Retail/Hospitality experience a plus;
     
  • Ability to effectively work and communicate with people at all levels within the organization;
     
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals/groups at all levels with the organization;
     
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills;

BENEFITS MANAGER SUMMARY
Primarily responsible for developing and managing the benefits function for
our domestic locations, with some project work on international benefits.
This position is a key strategic role in planning, developing and
implementing policies and programs that are cutting edge and lead the trend
in Wellness, Health and Welfare, and retirement plans. Plans include
deferred compensation, 401(k), executive benefits, ESPP. This challenging
role must stay apprised of emerging benefit designs and provide innovate
approaches to streamline administrative processes while ensuring the plans
are competitive in the market.

DUTIES
1. Manages domestic health and welfare and retirement benefit programs. Uses
strategic planning to recommend and implement benefit plans that are
appropriate to the culture of Herbalife, that add value, are cost effective,
and are competitive in recruiting and retaining.

2. Provides technical expertise and proactive guidance to monitor and
maintain competitive positioning, and to advance and scale these programs to
keep pace with the companys rapid growth. Acts as point of contact on
escalated benefit issues. Works closely with executives providing
consultation on their benefits.

3. Administers all benefit programs with sensitivity to cost. Creates
materials and provides education to users so that all benefits programs are
understood, with easy to access by all levels of the organization.

4. In conjunction with our benefits broker, leads the annual open enrollment
process, annual review and bidding process for plans; and recommends changes
to senior management. Monitors market trends related to benefits plans and
designs, ensuring the company stays competitive with the market and our
competitors. Ensures vendors deliver high value services. Participates in
benefits surveys.

5. Oversees staff responsible for data entry of all benefits information
tracked in payroll, HRIS, and with the providers. Ensures all benefit
records are kept up-to-date and conducts regular audits.

6. Manages the multi-million dollar benefits budget, performs analysis to
track utilization, participation, and costs. Provides periodic management
reports.

7. Incorporates benefit plan design with a world-class company wellness
program, that focuses on appropriate utilization of the medical plan and
provides return on investment through wellness participation, incentives and
education.

8. Responsible for 5500 annual tax filings for health and welfare plans.
Ensures that filing is submitted in a timely manner according to IRS
regulations.

9. Responsible for 401(k) annual discrimination testing. Ensures that filing
is completed and submitted in a correct and timely manner according to ERISA
and IRS regulations for qualified plans.

10. Ensures all plan documents are kept up-to-date and in compliance and
that all employees are provided with appropriate documents and materials in
a timely manner. Responsible for benefits information on the company
intranet.

11. Works closely with the H.R. Systems Administrator to implement and
maintain automated benefits information, including periodic reporting of
information with attention to accuracy.

12. Provides assistance on global and international benefits as projects
arise.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises one Benefits Coordinator. Point of
contact who manages the benefits broker, and vendor relationships.
